1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Vital Software services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any of these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with reasonable advance notice.
2. Service Description
Vital Software offers subscription SaaS applications, including Exegética Bíblica and Kairos. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without prior notice.
3. User Accounts
To access our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Vital Software services operate on a subscription model. Prices are in US dollars (USD). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the contracted period, unless the user cancels before the renewal date. No refunds are offered for partial periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for legitimate purposes and in accordance with these terms. Prohibited activities include: using the service for illegal activities, attempting unauthorized access to systems or data, transmitting harmful material or viruses, or reselling the service without authorization.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features and functionality of Vital Software services are the exclusive property of Vital Software or its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our express consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vital Software shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the last three months.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lima, Peru.
