Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel whenever you want with no penalties or extra charges. There are no long-term contracts. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period.
What's the difference between LATAM and International plans?
The LATAM plan has special pricing for Peru, Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and the rest of Latin America. The International plan applies to the US, Europe and the rest of the world. Features are exactly the same in both.
Do the products have a free trial?

How does the annual plan work?
With the annual plan you pay the equivalent of 10 months and use the service for 12. You save approximately 17% compared to the monthly plan. Billing happens once a year.
On which devices can I use the products?
Our apps are 100% web-based and work on any device with a modern browser: desktop, laptop, tablet and smartphone. No installation needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept international credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). We're working on adding more payment methods for LATAM soon.
Can I use both products with a single account?
Yes. With a single Vital Software account you can subscribe to and manage all products from your dashboard at vitalsw.com/dashboard.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use Supabase as our database platform, with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Data is hosted on secure servers in São Paulo, Brazil. See our privacy policy for full details.
